(Yes, really.)
3 extraction modes, 30+ fields per app, and multi-region review collection. All into structured Google Sheets columns.
Search the App Store by keyword across 50+ country storefronts. Extract up to 200 results per keyword with app name, developer, rating, rating count, price, category, and App Store URL. Identify market leaders in any category, in any region.
Paste App Store URLs or numeric App IDs. Extract app name, bundle ID, developer, seller name, description, release notes, version, current version date, price, content rating, languages supported, file size, minimum iOS version, and more.
Extract user reviews for any app by numeric App ID or App Store URL. Get review title, full text, star rating, author, date, app version reviewed, and vote counts. Sort by most recent or most helpful. Up to 500 reviews per app per extraction.
App Store reviews are region-specific. Run the same app ID with different country codes to collect reviews in English, French, German, Japanese, and more. Build multilingual review datasets for NLP and sentiment analysis without any translation overhead.
The add-on accepts both formats. Paste a full App Store URL like apps.apple.com/us/app/instagram/id389801252 or just the numeric ID 389801252. The ID is extracted automatically from URLs so you do not need to clean your input.
Paste a full column of App IDs or App Store URLs and extract data for all of them in one click. Each app gets its own sheet, named after the app title. No repetition, no switching tabs.

Not at all. If you know how to use Google Sheets, you can use Marketing Data Extractor. There is no terminal, no API keys, no Apple developer account. You type a keyword or paste App IDs, choose your mode, and click extract.
No. The add-on uses Apple's public iTunes Search and Lookup APIs which are open to anyone. You do not need an Apple Developer Program membership, App Store Connect access, or any Apple credentials. App Store Connect only provides data for apps you own - this add-on extracts publicly visible data for any app including competitors.
The numeric App ID is in every App Store URL after /id - for example, apps.apple.com/us/app/instagram/id389801252 has the App ID 389801252. You can also paste the full URL and the add-on extracts the ID automatically. App IDs are also shown in the App Store product page URL in a browser.
Apple's public RSS feed provides up to 10 pages of 50 reviews each per app per region. To collect more reviews, run the extractor with different country codes - App Store reviews are region-specific, so each country gives you a fresh set of reviews. For high-volume NLP projects, combining results from 5 to 10 country storefronts gives you a dataset of several thousand reviews per app.
Yes. The add-on extracts publicly available App Store data for any public app - including competitor apps you do not own. This is the primary use case for competitive app research, ASO benchmarking, and market analysis.
