LinkedIn Profile URL Finder Google Sheets Add-On

1. Install the Google Sheets Add-on:

Begin by installing the LinkedIn Profile URL Finder add-on directly from the Google Workspace Marketplace. This add-on is compatible with all major web browsers and only requires a Gmail account for installation.

2. Enter Full Names, Country and, Optionally, Company Names and Designation (for precision):

In any cell, input the full names, country for which you want to discover LinkedIn profile URLs. Optionally, you can add the “Company name” and “Designation” in the adjacent cell for more accurate results.

3. Initiate the LinkedIn Profile URL Discovery

Once you’ve entered the full names (and optionally, the company names), select the cells containing this information. Navigate to the ‘Extensions’ menu, then choose ‘LinkedIn Profile URL Finder’ from the dropdown. Click ‘Search,’ and the tool will initiate the process of discovering LinkedIn profile URLs.

Once you’ve gathered the LinkedIn URLs, you can take it a step further by extracting rich profile data directly within your sheet.

4. Extract LinkedIn Profile Data 

The add-on now also allows you to extract detailed information from public LinkedIn profiles. Simply paste the LinkedIn profile URLs into your sheet, select the cells containing them, and choose ‘Get Profile Data’ from the ‘Extensions’ menu. 

The tool will give you the following details: full name, job title, company, location, industry, connection count, follower count, headline, current job duration, about, country, state, up to 7 previous work experiences, 5 education background details, and up to 5 languages known. You can customize the order of columns to suit your workflow — the tool will remember your preferences and use them for future extractions.
